THE ESPANA

Espana is the last addition that Henderson will be putting into the International Village for the time being. And where else would they build there if they wanted to? This final project will complete the neighbourhood which started with Tinsletown, Europa and Paris Place, followed up by Firenze, and now Espana will finish this dramatic transformation. Few developers leave their mark on a city like Henderson will have (Concord Pacific being perhaps the first to craft large scale neighbourhoods and Millennium with the Olympic Village now perfecting the concept).

This last project is expected to be their masterpiece exceeding previous developments in both style and finish. Amenities will include a library, fitness centre, swimming pool, party room, card room (has poker taken off that much?), and lounge. It is located across from the T&T supermarket and next to the Stadium Skytrain Station. Other benefits to living in the International Village include shopping, dining, easy transportation, proximity to historic Gastown, and easy access to downtown offices. And I haven’t mentioned the sports and concerts that go on at GM Place. In addition there is a Costco just a couple of minutes away on foot.

With only 150 units there it’s naturally sold out but there are assignments available.
